Between 1340 hours and 1415 hours on 01/10/07 in the car park next to the Empire Chinese Restaurant, Kirkwall, damage was caused to a Ford Ka motor car, consistent with having been struck by another vehicle, possibly with a tow bar.  Anyone with information relating to this is asked to contact Kirkwall Police Station.
