The Police in Kirkwall would like to hear from the driver of a motor vehicle who was on Bridge Street/Albert Street, Kirkwall, about 2045 hours on Thursday 7th February 2008, and who had to brake to avoid a young woman in the roadway.  The Police would also like to hear from anyone else who may have witnessed this incident.
