Whilst the Area Command continues to be very successful over the last four years, especially in proactive policing and improved detection rates across the board, it is still recognised that there is a significant vandalism problem particularly in Wick and Thurso, but also in other pockets of the Command Area such as Brora and Golspie.

Anti-Social Behaviour is also an issue that we continue to focus our attention on in the future, with better use of available legislation and improved partnership protocols that will impact on those who continually come to the Police's attention for such behaviour.
