The following official forms detailed below can be downloaded for completion if applying for certificates relating to Firearms.
We recommend that you download any files to your computer before trying to open them. To download a document right-click on the link and choose the 'Save Target As...' menu option.

When submitting Form 101 for grant or renewal of firearm certificate, 2 x Form 125 are also required.
