Badenoch, Strathspey & Nairn covers a significant geographical area, rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage.

The area is popular with tourists and includes The Cairngorm National Park, numerous golf courses and fine beaches, which provides a backdrop for summer and winter outdoor activities.

Crime rates are low and detection rates are high across this area. The A9 and A96 are the two main arterial routes which run through this region and significant resources are directed at minimising casualties on these and other roads.
