Command Team

The Command Team is led by Chief Inspector John Chisholm, with Area Inspectors Douglas Allan based in Fort William and Duncan MacLean based in Portree.  

 

Working alongside are the following officers;

There are also an additional 24 support staff members, fulfiling a number of roles throughout Lochaber and Skye, who are of great asset to the Force.

The Area Command also fully utillises Special Constables and Community Wardens through its operations. Every weekend, and at various special events during the year, Special Constables give their free time to volunteer their services, and prove an invaluable asset to operational officers.

With the Community Wardens further scope has been added to the Area Command's district awareness. This gives residents the extra reassurance that a warden is available if they have any queries, should they prefer this approach.
