Northern Constabulary employs over 1,100 staff covering an area of 10,000 square miles, servicing over 300,000 residents.
The force is made up of nearly 705 officers, policing the Northern Highlands including the Orkney and Shetland islands.
Our 450 Support Staff also play a key role in this, helping us provide an excellent service to all members of our community.
