Ross and Cromarty Area Command

Ross and Cromarty Area Command features a diverse natural environment with a mixture of significant urban areas and many smaller communities in a rural setting.

There is a mix of tourism, industrial and agricultural economy in Ross and Cromarty, which includes the busy ports of Invergordon and Ullapool. Invergordon is a base for the oil industry around the Cromarty Firth as well as a popular stop-off for many cruise liners throughout the year.

The Command is committed to partnership working across a number of areas and continuing to reduce crime and sustain its impressive detection rates.
